Max reflects on a distinguished career encompassing professional experience across the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors. With nearly two decades of international exposure, mainly through his tenure at the Swiss government, he has acquired extensive expertise. Before his current role at Right To Play, Max was the Head of Fundraising & Marketing and, most recently, the Senior Manager of Capacity Building at an INGO, where he actively promoted entrepreneurship in developing and emerging nations.

Max firmly believes in lifelong learning, holds an Executive MBA, and has pursued studies e.g. in sales and marketing, foreign trade, leadership and management.
