Arnaud has been a Program Manager with 12+ years’ experience in East Africa, designing and implementing projects in the private and development sector with a particular focus on Livelihood and Agribusiness. He has managed projects with $10M+, transforming complex concepts into concise and actionable processes that have increased agricultural productivity, enhanced access to markets and improved livelihoods of 10,000+ families in Africa. He has worked with 30+ nationalities across a wide range of sectors and has learned to effectively navigate cross-cultural differences and build improved working environments.
